First weigh-in in the books!

Tonight I had my first of what will be MANY weigh-ins. I lost 1.4 pounds, taking me back out of the 290's with a vow that I will never, ever, ever re-visit that place again!


On the eve of a new week of challenges and temptations, I have still bigger plans for myself. This week I am going to add some activity...a little cardio here and there, just to get myself back in the swing of things.


And...even still...as I am sitting here typing this, I had a personal challenge pop in to my head (have I mentioned I HATE it when I do this to myself...hahaha)...during the next 30 days, I am going to get myself back in to the right place with my cardio - working hard and pushing my limits. After that, I am going to begin my training again to run a 5k. With that being said...my goal is to RUN this year at Run to Feed the Hungry on Thanksgiving morning.


I CAN and WILL do this!!!!!!!
